Angela began her interest in antiques as a freshman in high school and dreamed of opening an antique store in Hazel. Then, ten years later in September of 2007, that dream came true.

She would love to consult with you on interior design projects and on how to properly preserve the historic aspects of your home. 

Our Business

Angelique's Antiques and Interior Design, LLC. strives to stock the store with a variety of antiques, vintage and new home decor items that will appeal to everyone.

There are items from the mid to late 1800s as well as vintage and retro items from the 1950s. In addition, Angelique's offers a wide array of new lamps, small chandeliers and other decor items for the home. Tablecloths, handkerchiefs and other textile items are also available. Garden metal is a very popular item that Angelique's carrries in the spring and summer seasons.

Angeliques Antiques wants to provide a safe and friendly environment. We offer home made soap from Vermont made from all natural and organic ingredients. We also offer reed diffusers made from organic ingredients and perfumes from France. Our all-soy candles are safe to use and do not include lead. We offer eco-friendly rugs made from recycled bottles that can be used inside and outdoors. Compact fluorescent light bulbs are used in all lamps that are for sale to help conserve energy.

Who We Are

The store owner is Murray, KY native and Lexington based designer, Angela Rowlett. Angela graduated with her Masters degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky's College of Design.  The store is managed by Glenda Rowlett who can assist you with your antique and interior selections.

The store is located in quaint Hazel, KY located just south of Murray, KY and North of Paris, TN.  The town has several antique stores, a tea room and several restaurants. Hazel is considered to be the antique capital of Kentucky.
